13.1 128 EB-5 introduces agents directly to Calvary EB-5. We do not act as the agent’s principal, employer, or contracting party.
13.2 All agreements, responsibilities, and obligations for agents are held directly with Calvary EB-5.
13.3 Any issues, disputes, or claims regarding project details, commissions, fees, or performance must be directed to Calvary EB-5 and not to 128 EB-5 or 128 Assets Ltd.
13.4 128 EB-5’s role is limited to facilitating the introduction and maintaining high standards in agent recruitment, but we do not manage the ongoing contractual or operational relationship between agents and Calvary EB-5.
